A water-based gel insert reduces pressure beneath the ankle, offering a cooling effect for added relief. The boot is covered with soft Cozy Cloth fabric, which reduces skin shear and wicks away moisture to maintain skin integrity. The anti-foot-drop construction helps control dorsal flexion, while the foam-cushioned sides protect the lateral and medial malleoli from pressure and friction.
